tax fairness
fellowship
Our Moral Ambition Fellowships offer a transformative journey — one that demands your full commitment as you pivot your career alongside a cohort of ambitious peers.
In response to rising inequality and growing global momentum for progressive tax reform, we are launching the Global Tax Fairness Fellowship. This new program will support the next generation of leaders working to redesign our broken tax systems across the United States, Canada, Europe, and Africa.
The Program
Over seven months, you’ll be fully prepared for a career dedicated to making the greatest possible impact. During the program, fellows will receive a monthly stipend.
Selection
Our application process focuses on skills over credentials, with multiple rounds to identify the right talent.
Training
The fellowships begin with a month of intensive training. Training will cover international tax law, policy strategy, coalition building, stakeholder engagement, and narrative change.
Placement
During the selection process, you’ll be carefully matched with a host organization, such as think tanks, advocacy groups, research institutes, and multilateral organisations. These strategically chosen organizations offer immediate opportunities to make an impact while providing six months of valuable, hands-on experience.
Guidance
During your placement, the fellowship group meets regularly to reflect, share insights, and learn from each other’s experiences.
Next steps
We help you find your next step.

Why tax fairness?
While you pay your fair share, the ultra-wealthy and corporations use loopholes to pay almost nothing—starving public services and deepening inequality. But there's unprecedented global momentum for change right now. From the OECD's minimum corporate tax to wealth tax proposals gaining traction, the window to redesign broken tax systems is open.
This fellowship puts you at the heart of this fight.
