about the job
Our Moral Ambition Fellowships offer a transformative journey — one that demands full commitment as you pivot your career alongside a cohort of ambitious peers. After a successful launch in Europe last year, we’re delighted to announce that applications for the inaugural global edition of the Moral Ambition Fellowships will open soon.
Following a one month of intensive training, where you’ll learn from experts and connect with peers, and armed with extensive research, you’ll be ready to focus on what truly matters: tackling the world’s most urgent, solvable, and sorely overlooked challenges. This inaugural cohort will be divided into two focus areas: Tax Fairness and Food System Reform.
This new program kicks off December 2025 and will run for seven months. During this time, fellows receive a full-time salary while working on high-impact projects.
about the role
Our global food system has reached its breaking point. 80% of agricultural land is used for raising livestock or producing crops that feed them, whereas only 16% of land is used to grow crops for direct human consumption. And yet, almost one-in-ten people in the world are undernourished, and animal agriculture is responsible for more global greenhouse gas emissions than planes, trains, and automobiles combined. This system is inefficient, unsustainable and destructive — for humans, animals, and our planet. It is time for a revolution in how we produce healthy, delicious, accessible food.
Our new Global Food System Reform Fellowship will identify exceptionally talented individuals with transferable skills from sectors such as agriculture, finance, law, consulting, marketing & communications and public relations, and equips them to excel in high-impact roles in the effort to reform our food system.
Building on our inaugural fellowships in the European Union, the Global Food Systems Reform Fellowship leverages the ambition and expertise of committed individuals to tackle one of the most urgent issues of our time: reshaping food systems to promote environmental sustainability, improve public health, and enhance animal welfare.
