Over the course of seven months, you will commit full-time to building a high-impact career. You'll receive premier training, gain hands-on experience, and be placed at the heart of where real change happens.
Last year, we launched the first edition of our European fellowships for two crucial topics: the food transition and the battle against the tobacco industry. Our fellows have founded organizations, published research, spoken in parliaments, built new coalitions and influenced change in countless ways.

how it works
*The US Food System Reform Fellowship starts by training fellows to raise the the funding for their placement, with fsupport from The School.

The Moral Ambition Fellowships place you inside the organizations shaping food policy, tax justice, and tobacco control — from Brussels, to Nairobi, to Washington.
We're looking for lawyers, economists, marketers, strategists, policy experts, tax specialists, journalists, advocates, and organizers.

Yes, it is possible that you get rejected on one of the application rounds. However, we welcome you to apply for our Moral Ambition Fellowship in the future.
No, there is no job guarantee after the fellowship. Your fellowship will have equipped you with many desired skills and many contacts to organisations and funders. You must find your own place after the fellowship.
We believe these are the most powerful levers for systemic change, policy can shift institutions, and entrepreneurship drives innovation and can create funding sources at scale
Projects may include state-level food policy reform, reshaping food systems to promote environmental sustainability, improve public health, and enhance animal welfare.
U.S. citizens or permanent residents who want to make a career shift into food system reform.
