about the job
The School for Moral Ambition attracts and mobilizes exceptional talent to address the world’s most pressing challenges. We need our brightest minds to make pandemics history, end factory farming, fight the tobacco industry, safeguard our democracies — and these are just a few examples. Please read our founding principles for a better insight into our mission and guiding values.
about the role
Moral ambition began as an idea on a page. Today, it’s coming to life all over the world through our community members.
One of our core activities at The School for Moral Ambition is showing the world what moral ambition truly looks like — not just as a set of principles, but as a practiced ideal in action. From our Moral Ambition Fellows to Circle participants and members of our online community, people are taking steps to tackle some of the most urgent challenges of our time.
We want to share these stories with the world, and we’re looking for writers and storytellers to help us do it. This is your chance to speak with inspiring individuals, capture their journeys, and bring their stories to life.
To compensate you for your contribution, we provide a fixed fee of €600 (excl. VAT), plus the opportunity to sharpen your storytelling skills, contribute to a fast-growing global movement, and reach an audience of over 100,000 morally ambitious people.

- Receptive to feedback and able to adhere to story formats.
- Ability to stick to deadlines and deliver stories in a timely manner.
- Availability for roughly 20 hours per story. Note: we pay a fixed fee per story, not an hourly rate.
