One of our core activities at The School for Moral Ambition is showing the world what moral ambition truly looks like — not just as a set of principles, but as a practiced ideal in action. From our Moral Ambition Fellows to Circle participants and members of our online community, people are taking steps to tackle some of the most urgent challenges of our time.
To help us spread the word and inspire others to join, we’re looking for a Communications Intern to strengthen our team in Amsterdam. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in communications while contributing to a movement of ambitious idealists.
Key responsibilities
- Support our communications team with day-to-day tasks and campaigns.
- Pitch, research, and develop your own story ideas (see examples on our website).
- Assist with social media and email marketing content creation and planning.
- Contribute to creative projects, from newsletters to video content.
What We’re looking for
- A driven communications (or related studies) student or early-career professional.
- Strong writing and communication skills (English proficiency required).
- A proactive, curious, and creative mindset.
- Fulltime (or at least 4 days per week) commitment.
- Bonus skills (not required): graphic design, photography, social media content planning, or video (scripting or editing).

- Complete a test task (1-2 hours) in the week of October 6.
- Final round of interviews (30 minutes) in the week of October 13.
