Moralische Ambition ist mehr als nur eine Idee – sie ist eine Bewegung. Du kannst aktiv dazu beitragen und bedeutende Herausforderungen lösen, indem du dich einem Moral Ambition Circle anschließt.
Ein Circle ist eine Gruppe von sechs bis acht Personen, die sich in 8 moderierten Treffen gegenseitig dabei unterstützen, herauszufinden, wie sie die größte Wirkung mit ihrer Arbeit erzielen können. Das gesamte Circle Programm und alle Teilnehmenden findest du auf unserer Community-Plattform.

How the program works
Over the course of 16 weeks and 8 sessions, you will embark on a structured, peer-led program that uncovers your personalized path to greater impact.
Introduction Session
Once your Circle is formed, you'll begin with the Circle Introduction Session. This session will connect the group, spark curiosity, and set the stage for your shared adventure. By the end, you'll know your Circle members, feel trust building, and make a meaningful commitment to the journey ahead.
Module I
The first module will help you define and deepen your understanding of moral ambition. In Session 1, you’ll strengthen your commitment to the group and reflect on your role models. Session 2 explores global issues worth tackling, while Session 3 focuses on discovering your unique approach to making an impact.
Module II
This module will help you define your vision and plan for impactful action. Session 4 encourages reflection on the future you want to create. In Session 5 you’ll map the key stakeholders involved in your issue. In Session 6, you’ll clarify your strengths and craft your personal Theory of Change.
Module III
The third module focuses on overcoming obstacles and committing to future impact. In Session 7, you’ll collaborate with your group to address challenges and gain clarity. Session 8 encourages reflection on your journey, culminating in taking The Moral Ambition Pledge and setting your next intentional goal.
