about the job
We’re launching a global Profit for Good movement to channel corporate profits into the most effective charities. Because we believe that corporate philanthropy is an underutilized source of high‑impact funding.
On June 11, The School for Moral Ambition and Peter Singer hosted the first-ever Profit for Good conference. Now, we want to transform that momentum into concrete impact.
From July 14 to October 22, our three-person team consisting of Julia van Boven, Jeljer Haarsma and Tahnee Didderen will dedicate two days per week to this mission. In this period, we want to:
- Craft a robust global strategy
- Build an initial coalition of Profit for Good companies
- Raise our first €1 million in funding to grow the global movement
To achieve this, we seek one or two strategy consultants with strong research skills and presentation experience to join our team and collaborate on the assignment below.

- Estimated potential going to effective charities
- Competitive Landscape Mapping

- Scan existing tools and case studies (e.g., effective giving platforms)
- Strategic Scenario Development for Profit for Good activities
- Sketch 2–3 strategic pathways (e.g., coalition-first, certification-led, platform-driven)
