about the job
about the role
Our global community is growing fast - more than 16,000 members from 130+ countries have already joined us, with new people stepping in every day. What unites us is a shared drive: to solve the world’s most pressing problems faster, by helping each person contribute from their unique position of strength.
At the heart of this movement are Moral Ambition Circles: small, committed groups of 6–8 people who come together to find out how they can maximize their impact. So far, 233 participants finished the program with career pledges: indicating how they want to make the most impact. Along the way, the Circles have also led to many new collaborations, connections, and friendships.
As our global community grows, so does the need for seamless operations to support our members and initiatives. We're seeking a Community Support Officer to ensure our community's needs are met efficiently and thoughtfully.
Key responsibilities
- Inbox Management: Respond to the info mailbox within 24 hours on workdays, ensuring timely and personalized communication.
- Community Support: Role changes in the back-office of our community platform, sending calendar invites to members joining the Circle Starters training, and managing access to our sub-community for Circle Starters.
- Team Coordination: Support team leads with scheduling, agenda management, and other administrative tasks to enhance team efficiency.
- Data Tracking: Monitor and report on key metrics, such as attendance and engagement, to inform decision-making.
- Event support: assist the community manager and community director with digital events and manage operations for community drinks at our office
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline operations and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes.
- Contract administration: prepare and send contracts to members of our Summit Club; a community of morally ambitious entrepreneurs who support our organisation.
- Social Media responder: Respond to social media posts about The School for Moral Ambition in a kind and supportive way.
